 Sealing Techniques

• Heat-sealing (either impulse or continuous) ensures secure, moisture-proof closures.
• Supports pillow pouches, center seal, three-side seal, four-side seal, and gusseted/zippered formats.

 Utility Requirements

• Power: Generally between 4hp and 5 hp. Voltage configurations include 220V–415V, single or three-phase.
• Compressed air: Required for pneumatic components—typically around 0.6 MPa for sealing or bag handling.

• Integration capabilities: nitrogen flushing for shelf life, date/batch coders, tear notches, bag handles, and metal detection.
